For an interesting software house that is in an accelerated growth process we are looking for: Instructional Designer

עיקרי התפקיד

• Design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner

• Edits and develops online learning materials, Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content

• Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards

• Develops instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools

• Writes scripts for video and audio content, create supporting material/media (audio, video, etc)

• Identifying the target audience’s training needs

• Define instructional end goals and create content that matches them

• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

• Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.

דרישות

• 3-4 years in design and development of various learning solutions for SaaS companies

• Experience working with LMS (Learning management system)

• Developing technical or product content using multimedia authoring tools

• Experience working with course development software, such as PowerPoint, Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, Powtoon

• English at mother-tongue level – must

• Independent learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in QMS and ALM domains or experience in implementing ERP, HP ALM, DOORS or CRM systems - A plus

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
