For a successful startup in the FoodTech industry, we are looking for: Information Systems Manager

עיקרי התפקיד

• Part of the IT team. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal, and global information systems.

• Establishing Information system needs via business process analysis and developing corporate global practices and methodologies accordingly.

• Map business processes and work with global management to implement them in all information systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, etc.)

• Providing technical support and training end-users globally.

• Manage and support company-wide, and global information systems security and permissions for users in Israel and globally.

• Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.

• Conduct routine periodic activities in the ERP system as directed by the IT Director.

• Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of information systems documentation.

• Report to IT Director

דרישות

• B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management\BA in information systems or other relevant fields – a must!

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant position and in-depth understanding of information systems like ERP, CRM, etc.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools and business processes.

• Proven experience Designing, implementing, and maintaining global ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English.

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP – an advantage!

• A background in business administration, project management, or related field - an advantage!
